Small community of only 2 neighbors where is shared sunny and spacious community terrace. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or breakfast, the surrounding serene environment is relaxing, ideal for a morning start. Another inevitable advantage is its large windows. PARKING is not very easy to find as it is Palma old town so our recommendation would be eather underground parking or the one in front of STP (only weekends is free of charge)
