Decorated in a traditional style, this one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples visiting Mallorca and would love to have unique experience staying in the building from the 18th century, located just by the gotic Cathedral, one of the most famous symbols of Palma de Mallorca. As location is very close to STP (Shipyard Palma) , apartment would be ideal for people who are working on the boats or involved in yachting industry. Made up of a bedroom, large living room and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, this flat (one of our great short term rentals) provides guests with all the necessary amenities for a long-term stay. Its ground floor position and beautiful, spacious patio is optimal for children to play, friends to barbeque or persons to unwind after a long day. Situated near the most famous landmarks, its location will reveal true Majorcan spirit to every visitor!

SURROUNDING AREA:

OLD TOWN is the most popular place for foreigners and by far the most visited. Known as “El Casco Antiquo”, this place offers amazing must-see sights such as “La Seu’ Cathedral”, the Royal Palace of Almudaina and Es Baluard Contemporary Art Museum. 

SANTA CATALINA (7-minute walking distance)is known as the most charming and animated district of Palma and its label is well deserved. This 1 km square is packed with cozy cafes, trendy and contemporary cocktail bars and restaurants which serve both authentic and international cuisine. PASEO MARITIMO (15-minute walking distance) is Palma de Mallorca’s most distinguished night-life area located directly next to the sea. Packed with night clubs, bars, shops, restaurants and hotels, this street will surely please all types of desires.

TRANSPORTATION:
