Founded in 2013 , Properties Palma is the first online real estate agency in Mallorca.
Our developing process has been slow as we are a small and non-commercial agency where we focus on people and really helping them on (in most cases) the crossing path of their life.
Specializing in short term rentals , for rental periods of a minimum 1 month and 1 day up to maximum 3 months.
Location of the rental properties is Palma de Mallorca, central locations, first , second and third line from the sea , all the way from Portixol up to Illetas.
We do sales only on request which means that in the purchase process we represent you.
During the sales process our focus is on client and client’s needs on one side and other focus can be divided either on searching for a property within our collaborating list or direct contact to property owners for properties off market.

Properties Palma is an online real estate agency established in 2013.
We have spent 11 years on Mallorca, our business base, 2 years in Ibiza, and several years on and off in Montenegro.
In Mallorca, we primarily provide accommodation for yacht crew members in central Palma locations near the port. We also offer rentals of beautiful and unique villas in the Calvia and Tramuntana areas and work as a personal buyer, representing only one client at a time.
In Ibiza, we specialize in renting luxury and unique villas that are carefully selected by our team after long research process.
These properties are not advertised on our website and are available only upon request.
In Montenegro, we collaborate with local developer and represent foreign buyers in investment projects, from land purchase to project management.
Properties Palma acts as the bridge , that saves time , between client and the property or other carefully chosen correct, professional & experienced collaborating agents who represent the property on the other side.
